Hailing from Leicester U.K. Kav is a solo musician & also the vocalist, guitarist & co-songwriter of Blitz Vega, a band he co-founded in Los Angeles with the late Smiths bassist Andy Rourke.
Kav helped reform legendary British band "Happy Mondays" in his early 20’s, joining the band on guitar & touring with the band for 4 years. Prior to this he had been in many bands including akaWeave who were managed by Guigsy from Oasis & had organised touring club-events across the UK.
In 2004 he launched "Getloaded" a London club event at legendary super club Turnmills. Heralded by The Guardian as 'One of the most of successful nights in London to date". The events saw the likes of Tony Wilson, Peter Hook, Clint Boon, Bez & Shaun Ryder, The Farm & many more DJing 'Back to Mine' style DJ sets and hosting their favourite up & coming bands. Along with Turnmills MD Danny Newman, the club events went on to become the "Get Loaded in The Park Festival". A 20,000-capacity music Festival on London‘s Clapham Common. It sold out in its first year & won “Best new Festival” at "The UK Festival Awards" & went on to become one of the biggest independent festivals in London, running for 7 years.
In 2016 Kav co-founded the British style club-events, “Dance In A Panic” at The Regent Theater in Downtown L.A with renowned L.A. promoters Spaceland Productions. The events programmed the best of L.A’s bands, legendary British musicians & special guest DJ’s. The launch event was curated by Peter Hook (New Order/ Joy Division).
As a DJ, Kav has toured on line-ups with the likes of James Brown & New Order; playing clubs across Asia, Europe, South America & North America.

Hailing from Essex, U.K. Woody left comprehensive school at a young age, going on to forge himself a successful career in the insurance, re-insurance and capital markets world.
His career started in the back offices as an assistant claims-handler; arming himself with the knowledge and qualifications required to progress his career within the insurance markets.
In 2007 Woody’s job took him to Bermuda. This move paved his way to teaming up with a business partner to co-own and run a successful multi-billion dollar hedge-fund focusing on the retrocessional arm of the Insurance world. Sold in 2016, Woody made the decision to move back to England with his family.
A mutual friend and chance encounter in 2021, lead to him meeting Kav. Their immediate mutual respect, like-mindedness and general love of music brought them together to partner in FutureSonic Records and FSR Events.

Kate is an executive producer with over 20 years of experience in the both the Entertainment and Corporate industries, working with some of the biggest names in Tech / FMCG / Banking and Automotive.
In her early 20s Kate co-launched ‘Getloaded in The Park’ Festival with Kav, followed by several years of organising live shows across London and working as a DJ Agent.
Between 2008 and 2017 Kate was predominantly based in Los Angeles working on a wide variety of projects across the music and TV industries.
Kate was brought on board to help out with FSR’s first event, the launch of the label FutureSonic Records. Kate’s expertise and knowledge of all things events was the insurance FSR needed to make sure it was the success it was!
Dynamic, multi-talented and professional, Kate brings the experience and proven track record to the FSR Team.

Being Woody’s wife and him knowing how to utilise her skills, Gemma was brought on board to help out with FSR’s first event, the launch of the label FutureSonic Records and it was clear from the start that FSR needed a ‘Gem!’
Gemma’s experience and knowledge comes from working in the corporate sector in both the Insurance and Financial markets. From organising conferences, to overseeing logistics including extensive and complicated travel schedules, managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth running of the offices and people she worked with.
Gemma is a born organiser. As Operations Manager, she uses these skills to oversee the team and all FSR events.
